Richard N. Ranalli, Jr.

Rich didn't get into real estate the typical way.

Before Rivermayn, he spent years as an Officer with the Hudson County Sheriff's Office and built a career across Emergency Medical Services and working with military units, law enforcement agencies, and special operations task forces at every level. That kind of work teaches you things no licensing course covers: how to read a situation, how to protect what matters, and how to stay sharp when the stakes are high.

He's been with Rivermayn Realty Advisors since 2013, working across the Northeast with a focus on commercial real estate. Over that time he's been part of some of the firm's bigger projects, including multifamily redevelopments, the revitalization work in Willimantic, Connecticut, the Warwick House in Lititz, Pennsylvania, and the sale of Galaxy Recycling. As Director of Marketing, he also handles investor proposals, city council presentations, and manages the Rivermayn website.

Rich runs the firm's veterans and first responders program, helping people from that community navigate the homebuying process, specialized financing, and benefit programs built specifically for them. It's not a side offering for him, it's personal.

Beyond real estate, Rich has been published in the Journal of EMS for his work on peer-to-peer crisis response, several industry articles and the Fitch and Associates ASM Best Overall Project winner. He holds a BA in Philosophy from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and is currently working toward his New York real estate license.

When you work with Rich, you're getting someone who has spent his entire career, in every field, showing up for other people. Real estate is just the latest chapter.
