Rivermayn Realty is proud to announce its successful representation of Canbis LLC for the designation of The “Dream” Tower at 693-701 Newark Ave in Jersey City, NJ with the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency.
Canbis LLC and their partner Shree Property (703-707 Newark Ave) properly bid to the JCRA for acquisition and development of a mixed use residential and commercial tower including Dream Hotels Group. Rivermayn Realty Advisors managed the entire process for the team including the architects, engineers, construction, financial services, modeling and presentations.
Rivermayn was successful in having Canbis LLC designated as the redeveloper to develop the Dream Tower as the winning bid with the JCRA.
