Saint Aloysius "Little School" - Jersey City, NJ

The "Little School", at St. Aloysius, was a building that needed a tenant.  With the request for help, from the Pastor, Fr. Joe D'Amico, the building was leased to a non- profit organization.  The new tenant needed a building to house their preschool program.  Finding a tenant meant that we had to find a tenant that would not pose as competition for the parish's existing school, St. Aloysius Elementary Academy. 

Urban Angels is a school that trains parents for the workforce while providing daycare for their children. Urban Angels tenant allowed St Aloysius Parish to have a tenant in the building and also have a use that was part of the ministry that the pastor wanted as well.
