Richard N. Ranalli, Jr.
PROFESSIONAL CAREER
While still relatively new to the real estate industry, Rich is no stranger to the public sector. Before coming to Rivermayn Realty Advisors, he was previously employed as an Officer with the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office. He primarily worked in the Patrol Bureau and the Superior Court. Additionally, he has experience working in Emergency Medical Services and Dignitary Protection, working alongside military units, fellow law enforcement agencies that range from the local to the federal level, and special operation/emergency service task forces. These life experiences have given Rich the transferable skills necessary to being a good agent. Rich brings the highest level of integrity to your portfolio, and has the experience to ensure your information is well protected. He personally performs inspections to the properties and their surroundings.
In the last eight years at Rivermayn, Rich has helped several clients do the redevelopment of multifamily homes, worked diligently on getting requirements filled, actively uses commercial MLS tools and tenant directory services, and putting together the proposals and portfolios for his clients which would be presented to both potential investors and city councils/agencies. He is also the web administrator of the Rivermayn website. His most recent projects include the redevelopment of Willimantic, Connecticut and the Warwick House in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Soon, Rich will being going for his NY Real Estate Agent's license to better help serve you.
EDUCATION
In 2018, Rich received his Bachelors of Arts degree from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City in Philosophy, minoring in Sociology. He has completed numerous courses in classical theory, ethics and Social Contract theory. Rich was heavily involved with the Center for Student Involvement and Leadership as a club president and was team captain for the paintball team.
