Aberdeen Train Station - Aberdeen, NJ

The Aberdeen Train Station was a redevelopment designation in Aberdeen NJ.  As a member of the Development Team, Silver Oak Properties, the team was designated as the developer of the site to be known as Station Plaza. With environmental issues and multiple property owners both public and private the timing forced the development to scale down from the original plan to be more consistent with a New Urban design.  As a member of the Silver Oak Team we have been active in all of the negotiations with development partners, local government and properties owners with intentions of completing a very exciting project along the NJ Transit Shore line.
